The varied supporting programme for Autumn Enjoyments Wine&Dine&Golf and Wine&Dine&Cider features interesting wine tasting sessions, traditional wine exhibitions, golfing days and excursions in the world of cider.

WINE & DINE & GOLF from 12th – 15th September 2013

Thursday: Arrival – Welcome to hotel “Die Post”

Friday:
11 am: Golf – trial round with Markus Ronacher.
All golfers meet to test the course and get in the mood for the big tournament.
Or wellness pure – immerse yourself in the wellbeing oasis at hotel “Die Post”.

6.30 pm: Wine tasting – taster training - “What's new with our neighbors?"
Enjoy tasting wines in our beautiful vaulted cellar with Markus Ronacher.

Saturday: From 9 am: Golf tournament – Start of the Ronacher golf trophy.
Our open golf tournament (Stableford style) on the 18-hole course at golf club Kaiserburg – Bad Kleinkirchheim.

6 pm: Traditional wine fair at hotel “Die Post” - we present great wineries from all over Austria:

Sunday: “Traditionally Carinthian Sunday”
with Reindling (Carinthian cake, filled with butter) and Carinthian folk music – a really relaxed breakfast served until 12 midday.

Thursday:

Friday: Wellness pure – immerse yourself in the wellbeing oasis at hotel “Die Post”.

12.00: "From apple to apple cider" - trip to the tavern Wallner Uhle. There we see the pressing operation on a 40-year-old cider press and get expert info of cider press culture in Carinthia. We then enjoy a hearty snack with wonderful Carinthian cider.

6.30 pm: Wine tasting – taster training - “What's new with our neighbors?"
Enjoy tasting wines in our beautiful vaulted cellar with Markus Ronacher.

Saturday: 2 pm: "Cider in the Kitchen" - Our chef Ewald Oberluggauer shows you at a cooking course the uses of apple cider.

7 pm: We have invited top vintners from Austria. Enjoy a delicious tasting menu with appropriate wine accompaniment. The vintners are present in person and guide you through the evening. This is an opportunity to enjoy commentary from the experts first-hand!
