Nabhi Marma – ayurvedic abdominal massage
A relaxing massage that not only promotes healthy sleep, but also provides deep relaxation and strengthens the immune system.
Shirobhyanga – ayurvedic head, shoulder and neck massage
This massage has a calming effect on the nervous system, but also revitalises the senses, i.e. it strengthens the sense of smell, sight and hearing.
Padabhyanga – ayurvedic foot massage
